The Salt Lake Tribune has learned that Gary Andersen and the football program are expecting a decision from Peni Vea and Bojay Filimoeatu at some point today.

Filimoeatu, according to those in the know, has the potential to be the single biggest recruit of the Andersen era. The outside linebacker was one of the best junior college players in the country.

"He's a kid that you build your defense around," A source told the Tribune. "He's a difference maker."

Filimoeatu is choosing between Utah State, Kansas State and Iowa State.

Vea, according to sources, is choosing between the Aggies, UNLV and Hawaii. Andersen had a home visit with him yesterday in Hawaii. He would be a big get as well. If he commits, he would be the sixth prospect to pledge to the Aggies of the seven players that visited last weekend.

Also, according to sources, Desmond Collins has canceled a scheduled visit to Utah State this weekend and has re-affirmed his commitment to Oregon State.
