If you are looking to get more from skiing than raccoon eyes and sore legs, consider a "Ski to Live" camp led by Salt Lake City resident Kristen Ulmer.

The camps are held for skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers in the intermediate to pro ability levels, age 12 and older. Ulmer helps participants "learn who they are as athletes and as human beings."

The camps provide on-hill coaching focused on the mindset and wisdom side of sports.

A three-day camp is being held April 1-3 at Alta Ski Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Cost for the camp is $525. Visit her website at kristenulmer.com/ for more information.
