Utah's vegan/vegetarian dining guru, Ian Brandt, will be expanding his natural food empire later this month when he opens the Supernatural Fresh Foods Café.
The vegan restaurant and coffee/tea shop will be located inside the new Prana Yoga studio at Trolley Square. The grand opening is April 16.
This will be the fourth natural food operation that Brandt operates. The others include Sage's Café, Vertical Diner and Cali's Natural Foods.
With the opening of Whole Foods a few weeks ago, Trolley is shaping up to be the natural food center of the city.
