Starting this week and continuing through May, many restaurants and bars in Park City will be temporarily closed or adjusting business hours for the spring shoulder season.
The Park City Area Restaurant Association suggests customers contact individual restaurants for up-to-date information on spring and summer hours as well as summer specials for locals.
Here is a sampling of the temporary hours:
Baja Cantina • Closed daily from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. during May.
Bistro 412 • Closed April 17-May 25.
Boneyard Saloon & Wine Dive • Closed May 22-24.
Butcher's Chop House • Closed May 22-24.
Canyons Village at Park City • Closed April 17 with June reopening; includes The Farm, Red Tail and Umbrella restaurants.
Cena • Dinner served Wednesday-Sunday from May 5-Oct. 29. No lunch service until December.
Chimayo • Closed Sundays -Mondays, April 16-June 24.
Empire Canyon Grill at Deer Valley Resort • Closing April 16.
Firewood • Closed April 15-May 25. Open Thursday-Monday from May 26-June 16.
Fletcher's • Closed April 9–May 18.
Goldener Hirsch Inn • Closed through mid-June.
Grappa • Closed Tuesday-Wednesday, April 18-June 26.
Grub Steak • Closed April 17-18.
High West Distillery and Saloon • Closed April 16-May 7. Nelson Cottage is closed through summer, open only for private events. The Refectory closed April 17-May 2. Reopens for lunch and tours May 3.
Riverhorse on Main • Closed for brunch and dinner April 23 and April 30. Reopening for brunch on Mother's Day, May 14.
Royal Street Cafe at Deer Valley Resort • Closed April 16-June 16.
Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort • Closed April 16.
Tupelo • Closed April 24-May 11.
Wahso • Closed April 26-June 8.
