The owners of Frida Bistro have been bitten by the mobile food truck bug.

This week The Salt Lake City restaurant started selling Cuban specialties out of its bright red Cafe Con Leche truck. They are serving lechon (slow roasted pork); Ropa Vieja (shredded beef); Colada (Cuba's version of espresso) and more.

Find out where the truck will be parked by following on Twitter @cubanmobileslut

Cafe Con Leche also happens to be the name of the LA truck that Frida teamed with when "The Great Food Truck Race" came into SLC. Still trying to find out if Frida bought the truck from them.

I'll let you know.
