For people of a certain age, this is big news: VH1 is reviving "Pop Up Video."

From 1996-2002, this show was a great way to waste time. "Pop Up Video" took popular music videos and added pop-up balloons that (a) made snarky comments about the videos, and (b) added behind-the-scenes information about the people in the videos and how the videos were made.

So, yeah, "Pop Up" and "Video."

VH1 has ordered 60 new episodes of the show. Which kind of sounds like a lot.

Are there really that many music videos out there to put pop-up balloons in these days?
