Gov. Gary Herbert has appointed two attorneys to fill vacancies in the 3rd District Court.

Ryan M. Harris has been appointed to fill the vacancy that will be created when Judge Glenn Iwasaki retires on Sept. 30. Elizabeth A. Hruby-Mills has been appointed to fill the vacancy that will result when Judge Joseph Fratto retires Dec. 15.

Both appointments are subject to confirmation by the Utah State Senate.
