Honey smoked chicken • $17
The smokemaster at Charleston Cafe in Draper deserves praise for the honey smoked chicken entrée found on the dinner menu. The dish comes with two legs and two thighs enough for two meals and sporting an impressive pink smoke ring and a tinge of sweetness on the skin. A generous serving of sautéed Brussels sprouts studded with smoked bacon and a honey glaze complete the meal.
