Prints, dental records: Alexis Rasmussen confirmed dead • One mystery ended Saturday when North Ogden police confirmed the body they discovered earlier this week is that of 16-year-old Alexis Rasmussen, who had been missing since Sept. 10. Condo developer turns to auction to get Utah units sold • At the height of the real estate boom, the condo market in downtown Salt Lake City was hot. But after the residential sector along the Wasatch Front took a turn for the worse in summer 2007, condo sales plummeted. Illustrating just how dramatically things have turned, on Nov. 5 two of those projects hit the auction block. Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, based in Beverly Hills, Calif., will try to sell 35 condos at Broadway Park Lofts, 360 W.
