Al Jefferson scored 30 points and C.J. Miles hit the clinching three-point shot with 36 seconds remaining, leading the Utah Jazz to a 113-105 victory over Cleveland on Tuesday night at EnergySolutions Arena.

The First: Jazz 27, Cavaliers 26

Paul Millsap picks up a quick foul, but it does not stop him. He scores 12 points in less than eight minutes and helps the Jazz keep pace with the hot-shooting Cavaliers.

The Second: Jazz 52, Cavaliers 43

The Jazz trail, 40-39, before they stop the Cavs on 10 of 11 possessions. Al Jefferson and Millsap score four points and C.J. Miles' jumper caps a 13-3 run that gives Utah a nine-point lead.

The Third: Jazz 85, Cavaliers 80

Antawn Jamison and Kyrie Irving keep the Cavs close. After Millsap draws his fourth foul, however, the Jazz counter with Al Jefferson. He scores 14 points in the foul-filled quarter.

The fourth: Jazz 113, Cavaliers 105

The Jazz hold the Cavs without a field goal for four minutes. They open a 96-87 lead. Josh Howard follows with a basket and an assist. Utah builds a 100-89 lead with 3:48 remaining.
