West Valley City is offering a free Financial Fitness Fair on Saturday, Feb. 4. The fair is offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the West Valley City Family Fitness Center, 5415 West 3100 South. West Valley is also offering free tax preparation to low-income families on Feb. 7.
