The last couple of times I have shopped at Target, I've noticed a major shift in how the retailer deals with coupons. Twice, I have had a cashier tell me Target is "cracking down" on coupon users. This morning, my local Target store said they no longer will accept two of the same type of store coupon. (In the past, my store has accepted two of the same type of coupon on one visit because the Target site allows you to print two.) I've also been told the store is putting an end to the use of coupons on travel or trial-size items, even if the coupon doesn't specify a size.
