Kids and parents alike are engrossed by the tale of "The Treasure Chest" by local puppeteer Coralie Leue as the City Library presents the 10th annual "No Strings Attached" puppetry festival. This year's headliners are the award-winning Maritime Marionettes from Nova Scotia, who will presented their production of Igor Stravinksy's Petrouchka. The festival continues through Sunday.

In June, he moved to Utah from a refugee camp in Thailand, where he was born to Karen parents fleeing violence in nearby Burma. He did not speak any English when he arrived, but his vocabulary is growing with a class schedule that focuses heavily on learning English.
