Get your baskets out and lace up your running shoes, Easter egg hunts are taking place throughout northern Utah. Here's a list of events and egg-related artistry:

Utah Cultural Celebration Center • 1355 W. 3100 South, West Valley City; through April 25, "An Artistic Easter Treat," a display of intricate egg carvings by Brian Baity. Free, for more information, call 801-965-5100 or visit http://www.culturalcelebration.org.

Butler Park • 2700 E. 7500 South, Cottonwood Heights; Saturday, 9 a.m., egg hunt for kids 12 and under in the park's west fields. Call the Cottonwood Heights Parks and Recreation Center at 801-943-3190.

Kimball Art Center • 638 Park Ave., Park City; Saturday, 10 a.m., the art center will hold an egg-dying workshop, followed by egg hunt. Cost is $25. For more information, call 435-649-8882. (The Center will also hold the same event April 6 at 4 p.m. for toddlers. Cost is $15.)

Fisher Park • 934 S. 1000 East, Clearfield; Saturday, 10 a.m.

Truman Elementary • 3200 W. 4700 South, West Valley City; Saturday, 10 a.m. for kids 12 and under.

Clearfield Aquatic Center • 825 S. State St., Clearfield; Easter Egg Dive on Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.; $5 at the door.

Granite Football Field • 3305 S. 500 East, South Salt Lake; Saturday, at 9 a.m., for kids 2-12. For details, call 801-412-3217.

First Congregational Church • 2150 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City; Sunday, noon, following the Easter Celebration Service at 11 a.m.

Snowbird • 9600 Little Cottonwood Canyon Road; Sunday, 9 a.m. on the Plaza Deck, the Easter Bunny will make a special appearance. An Easter brunch will be served at The Aerie from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. ($36.95 for adults, $18.95 for kids). Call 801-933-2181 for a reservation.

Our Saviour's Lutheran Church • 2500 E. 3900 South, Holladay; Sunday, 10 a.m.

All Saints Episcopal Church • 1710 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City; Sunday, 10 a.m.
