San Antonio — Notes following Spurs practice Monday at the team workout facility.San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich said reserve center Tiago Splitter (sprained left wrist) is wearing a cast and likely doubtful for Game 2 Wednesday against the Jazz.Popovich said he'll continue to start Boris Diaw at power forward, teaming him with Tim Duncan in the post.Guard Manu Ginobili said San Antonio's primary Game 2 adjustment will be stopping the Jazz's transition offense. Utah scored 23 fast-break points and stayed in the contest during the first half by consistently going to the free-throw line. The Jazz were 23 of 30 from the stripe, with Gordon Hayward and Alec Burks — a combined 16 of 17 — initially punishing the Spurs in transition.Spurs forward Stephen Jackson and Ginobili said the Jazz were ready to play Game 1.
