The Slaymaker Group, Inc. and its subsidiary Winger's USA, Inc., have named Curtis Gray president and CEO, effective immediately.

The Salt Lake City-based restaurant company also announced David Neves was appointed vice president of Winger's operations and Stefano Bronzati vice president of TGI Friday's operations.

Gray joined the Slaymaker Group in August 2011. His previous experience has been with several nationally recognized retail companies, including Sundance Catalog, Dean & Deluca, Starbucks, Canada's largest book retailer Chapter's Bookstores and Barnes & Noble.

He began his retail career with Eddie Bauer after receiving a bachelor's of science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo.

Gray will be assuming the president duties as Winger's restaurants begin a system-wide rebranding to Winger's Roadhouse Grill throughout the summer.

Winger's operates 36 restaurants in six states. The Slaymaker Group also owns and operates five TGI Friday's restaurants in Utah and Idaho.
