The only thing to deduce, is that D.J. Tialavea is a bit different.
In the ever-evolving world of social media, something that most college football players use, Tialavea had no presence on twitter, weird because one can follow a number of conversations that way when covering Utah State football.
That's over though. Tialavea got on two days ago, tweeted a few pleasantries at the world, picked up some followers, and then broke his own bit of news.
He's going to play on Friday night against the Utes, the leg injury that's held him out for three weeks having been healed.
It's a big pick-up for the Aggies: Tialavea, a junior tight end out of West Jordan, is by far the best blocker at the position that USU has. He's big, and he's a vital piece of the running game.
In camp over the last month, his pass-catching skills have become better. He's already a good athlete, and he's made himself a valuable piece to Utah State's offense.
