Harris Simmons and Scott Anderson, the respective CEOs of Zions Bancorp and Zions Bank, will receive the Salt Lake Chamber's highest honor at a black-tie dinner and award ceremony in March.
Simmons, who also is the banking company's chairman, and Anderson are the Chamber's 2013 Giants in Our City, the business group announced Tuesday.
The ceremony honoring them will be held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City on March 27.

"I could not possibly overstate the impact these great men have had — and continue to make — on our community," chamber CEO Lane Beattie said in a statement.
Simmons and Anderson, who also is the bank's president, "have strengthened businesses across Utah, supported important community programs and made incalculable contributions to the quality of life of all Utahns," Beattie said.
Simmons leads the $51 billion bank holding company, which owns eight subsidiaries in 10 western and southwestern states. He joined Zions Bank in 1970.
During Anderson's tenure, Zions Bank has been the No. 1 provider of Small Business Administration loans in Utah for 19 consecutive years. He made the decision for Zions to enter the Idaho market in 1997.
Anderson joined Zions in 1991.
