Help set priorities • County Mayor Ben McAdams will deliver a State of the Township address and hold a town hall for the Millcreek and Emigration Canyon townships from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Millcreek Community Center, 2266 E. Evergreen Ave. (3435 South). All residents of unincorporated areas are invited to discuss their priorities.

UTOPIA appropriation considered • The City Council is considering appropriating $168,800 from general fund reserves for the Utah Telecommunications Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) to use for operational expenses. A public hearing on the proposal is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Murray City Center, 5025 S. State St.
