Utah Valley University and its Woodbury School of Business will present an educational forum next month aimed at professionals in several business-oriented disciplines.

The event at the Sorensen Student Center on UVU's campus in Orem will run from 7:30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. on May 21.

The event is directed at people who work in community estate planning, accounting and financial planning. It's also targeted at management professionals.

Training workshops will include online marketing and advertising, legal issues, estate issues, as well as numerous other topics related to management, marketing and client relations.

A panel discussion about the effects of the Affordable Healthcare Act on businesses and the economy will be part of the event.

Registration is $75 before May 1, or $100 afterward. The fee for UVU alumni is $75 anytime. The fee covers breakfast and lunch.
