First Lady Michelle Obama is again seeking healthy recipes from junior chefs for the chance to win dinner at the White House.

Children 8 to 12 and their parents (or legal guardians) are invited to create and enter their best original recipe for the "The Healthy Lunchtime Challenge" contest.

One winner from each state and U.S. territories will be awarded a trip to Washington, D.C., to attend the Kids' State Dinner, hosted by Obama at the White House.

Recipes should include each of the five food groups. Fruits and vegetables should make up half the recipe or meal, along with whole grains, lean protein and low-fat dairy — either in one dish, or as parts of a meal.

Last year Lahav Ardi represented Utah with a lentil vegetable soup.

The deadline is May 12.
