Two new exhibits celebrating 100 years of Scouting will open at the Church History Museum in Salt Lake City on Friday, July 19.

"American Originals: Norman Rockwell and Scouting" features 23 original paintings by Norman Rockwell, one of America's most iconic artists and illustrators. Rockwell painted the Brown & Bigelow portraits featured on Boy Scout calendars from 1925 to 1975.

The second exhibit, "A Good Turn Daily: 100 Years of Scouting and The Aaronic Priesthood," recognizes the 100-year relationship between The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Boy Scouts of America.

The public can view both exhibits at the Church History Museum, 45 N. West Temple, Salt Lake City, west of Temple Square.
