Monday is the last day for citizens to register to vote if they want to cast a ballot in the primary election for city offices.

Voters can register with a current Utah driver license or state ID card in person at their county clerk's office or online at vote.utah.gov. They will not be eligible to vote during early voting but can cast a ballot at their polling location on primary election day.

Locations of some clerk's offices are: Cache County, 179 N. Main St., Suite 102, Logan; Davis County, 61 S. Main St., Room 104, Farmington; Salt Lake County, 2001 S. State St., S1100, Salt Lake City; Summit County, 60 N. Main St., Coalville; Tooele County, 47 S. Main, St. Tooele; Utah County, 100 E. Center St., Room 3100, Provo; and Weber County, 2380 Washington Blvd., Suite 320, Ogden.

The primary for mayors and council member seats is Aug. 13 and early voting (by citizens who registered at least 30 days before the election and provide valid identification) is Tuesday through Aug. 9. The general election is Nov. 5.
