After a day at auction, the current bid for Michael Jordan's 'flu game' shoes sits at $37,023. Counting Tuesday, the lot will remain open for 23 more days.

Former Jazz ballboy Preston Truman was given the shoes by an ill Jordan after he famously scored 38 points to lead the Bulls to a 3-2 series lead in the 1997 NBA Finals.

Online betting site Bovada set the over/under on the sale price at $80,000 (select "All events" and hit refresh to see the prop). If you were planning to enter the bidding at more than $80,000, hopefully you took that bet.
