Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq announced Friday that the Minneapolis-based real estate firm had acquired Salt Lake City-based Commerce Real Estate Solutions.

CWN and Commerce employ 750 and have combined annual revenues of more than $100 million, according to a news release.

Both CWN, which offers a broad range of real estate services, and Commerce, which provides real estate brokerage and advisory services, are Cushman & Wakefield Alliance firms. The release says Commerce is the largest independently owned and operated real estate firm in the Intermountain West.

"We are already well-aligned operationally," said Jeff Eaten, CWN president, in the news release.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
