The Draw at Sugar House Park will link a "Sego Lily" sculptured dam with flood walls and a spillway that ties together Sugarhouse Commons with Sugar House Park. The north petal of the Sego Lily, which has 30-foot high walls, tips over to become an overlook; the south petal forms a bus shelter; and a parapet along the highway offers a view of the plaza and entrance to the pedestrian crossing below.
