With all the negative publicity surrounding the Arizona Veterans Hospital, we felt it was necessary to make sure it's known that there are those of us who feel the Salt Lake VA is tops!

My husband, who is retired Air Force, has been going to the Salt Lake VA for almost 30 years and couldn't have been treated better in any respect or at any hospital. They schedule him by day and time for his various appointments, then call or send post cards to remind him. Where it was necessary, they sent him to the San Francisco VA, another excellent hospital, for extensive surgery. We've been more than happy and satisfied with all of his interactions with the Salt Lake VA.

We also have a cousin who drives from Orem to the Salt Lake VA. His wife's comment on his treatment was, "Wonderful, couldn't wish for better." Everyone, the doctors, nurses, and support have been more than friendly, helpful and accommodating.
