Salt Lake City's mayor has proposed banning the city's two summer fireworks displays in the name of air quality.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Salt Lake City council members Erin Mendenhall and Kyle LaMalfa, Tribune reporter Mike Gorrell and others join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about how a proposed ban would affect the air we breathe, the city budget and community traditions.
