A woman reportedly employed as a nanny has died of injuries sustained when she was hit by a pickup truck near Park City's Canyons Resort earlier this month.

Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce on Wednesday confirmed the woman, 38-year-old Javier Arlyn Yusi, a citizen of the Philippines, succumbed early Tuesday after being taken off life support at University Hospital in Salt Lake City.

She had been in a coma since the Sept. 7 accident.

Royce said no charges had yet been filed, as the case remains under investigation.

UHP troopers reported the Yusi was struck as the pickup made a left turn from Sun Peak Drive onto State Road 224.
