The Utah County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in solving the mysterious death of a woman whose body was found at the base of Bridal Veil Falls.

Sheriff's Sgt. Spencer Cannon on Wednesday identified the victim as Camille Stepan, 39, of North Salt Lake.

However, Cannon said investigators remained uncertain whether the woman's fatal fall Tuesday at the 607-foot-tall scenic site in southern Provo Canyon was accidental, or a possible suicide.

"So far, we've found no witnesses," he said. "We're hoping someone may have seen her or talked with her who could help us learn more."

Anyone with information is asked to call Utah County dispatchers at 801-794-3970.
