Police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting death early Monday in Ogden.
Officers received a report about 4 a.m. of a person lying on the 2900 block of Childs Avenue, police wrote in a press statement. Investigators found that William Patrick Hicks, 32, died from a gunshot wound.
On Monday night, officers announced they had arrested Andrew Dominic Esquer, 30, on suspicion of homicide and obstruction of justice.
