Olympus Ranch Retirement Community in Murray on Wednesday honored 1st Lt. Dan M. Eastman, a 96-year-old veteran of WWII.

Eastman served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He flew aboard an A-26 on D-Day, attacking supply lines. He flew 28 missions during the war. After the war, he served in the Air Force Reserve and the Utah National Guard.
