The follow-up to "An Inconvenient Truth" now has a title: "An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power."

The documentary, a sequel to the 2006 film in which former Vice President Al Gore explained the world's environmental plight, is slated as the first movie to screen at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, at the Eccles Center Theatre in Park City on Thursday, Jan. 19.

Directed by Bonni Cohen and Jon Shenk ("Audrie & Daisy"), the new movie follows Gore again as he details how the problem of global climate change has escalated — while showing how close humanity is to a real solution.
