Letter: We want to vote on daylight saving time

How disappointing that the Utah representatives can't/won't listen to the people and put the issue of daylight saving time on the ballot. It's a waste of time? It takes too long? If we the people want it on the ballot, it should be put on the ballot. Stop ignoring us.
