Why do The Tribune and liberals refer to illegal aliens by the euphemistic, politically correct "undocumented workers"? Or "Mexican nationals" when they are involved in criminal activity. Why are you loathe to print or say "illegal"?

Concerning illegal immigrants, what liberals really want are more votes for Democrats. Republicans are no better; they want cheap labor. We taxpayers are caught in the middle, providing social services we can ill-afford. We have barely enough coverage for our own citizens! I was in Holland for 22 months and was required to keep my passport, work visa, and birth certificate on my person at all times. I had to show them to any authority upon demand for whatever reason. If I had been there illegally I would have been deported. I see nothing wrong with requiring the same of immigrants here.

I know it's not the fault of children of illegal immigrants that they are here. It's not ours, either. We shouldn't have to pay for the inaction of politicos who don't care about our safety. By all means, let us compassionately keep families together. Send them all back.
