Utah Transit Authority bus and train service will be limited in the days around Christmas.
On Friday, Christmas eve, TRAX light rail will run regular weekday service. But buses and FrontRunner commuter trains will run on a Saturday schedule (although Utah County route 816 will not run, and an extra southbound FrontRunner train will depart Ogden at 7:16 a.m.).
Ski buses will run on a regular weekday service on Christmas Eve.
On Christmas Day, no FrontRunner, TRAX or regular bus service will be offered. But ski-bus service in Big and Little Cottonwood canyons will operate.
On Sunday, the day after Christmas, regular Sunday TRAX and bus service will be offered, including ski-bus service. FrontRunner does not run on Sundays.
