There is a lot of talk that the teams in the Pac-12 not only might have a couple Sunday basketball games, but possibly now with football as well if an NFL lockout continues. Hopefully the NFL will resolve its issues and the season won't be affected too much. As for basketball, Sunday games are a strong possibility because Scott is willing to expand the normal Pac-10 window of games on Thursdays and Saturdays for more TV time. Scott is negotiating a new deal with Fox and ESPN and plans for a Pac-12 network are in the works as well. Utah athletic director Chris Hill acknowledged the Utes might have to play some Sunday games and while not considered ideal, he won't make a fuss about it either. "We're in the conference now and there are some things you have to do," he said. "We already play on some Sundays in other sports, in tournaments and so forth. It would be an adjustment, but not something we haven't done before."
