DWR biologists are conducting gillnetting surveys across Utah right now. The Southern Region sent in some reports I'll be posting today. The first is from Minersville.

Minersville Reservoir Gill Netting 3/29/2011: Trout condition looked really good with numerous 13-15 inch trout. Also good numbers of larger fish with the biggest fish over 24" and near 6 lbs. The opportunity to catch a big rainbow/cutthroat at Minersville this year should be good. In fact several anglers have reported catching fish exceeding 5 lbs.
