Unlike the chicken tikka masala you might be familiar with at Indian restaurants, Afghan Kitchen's version is served not in a curry presentation but instead as a kabab platter. This preparation allows the ginger and garlic marinade to shine as the chicken is delivered sizzling hot on a bed of grilled onions and green peppers. A side of fragrant basmati rice completes the dish.
