If you haven't been watching, you'll have to look it up to get those references.
However, if you haven't watched the show in a while, you can pop in, catch the final two episodes and not be completely lost. The two episodes operate as a single story, however, so don't wait until 8 p.m.
As for the finale, it won't make all the fans happy. No finale ever does. But "Chuck" wraps up in a good place that strikes a balance between closure and leaving things open for interpretation.

Luck (10 and 11 p.m., HBO): This new series features an astonishing cast (including Dustin Hoffman and Nick Nolte). It's written by David Milch ("Deadwood," "NYPD Blue"). It's directed by Michael Mann ("Miami Vice," "Public Enemies"). And critics are, for the most part, going to be falling all over themselves praising it to the skies.
But this tale of criminals and revenge at the racetrack is not for everyone. Milch creates a very realistic world, but it's one that's also very unpleasant. And a lot of people - including yours truly - aren't going to be interested in spending time there.
Shameless (10 p.m., Showtime): Fiona has to deal with the consequences of sleeping with Craig.
Kourtney & Kim Take New York (11 p.m,. E!): In the finale, Kim makes a decision about her marriage to Kris Humphries. I wonder what that decision will be? There wasn't anything about it in the newspapers, in magazines, on TV, on the radio or on the Internet, was there?

Californication (11:30 p.m., Showtime): Hank is forced to invite an ex-girlfriend/arsonist to a dinner party.
