Three men were charged Wednesday with stealing thousands of dollars in high-end bikes and golf clubs out of 19 garages in Salt Lake County.

The men stole everything from a $7,000 bicycle and a $2,650 set of golf clubs to a $300 generator out of various garages in the valley, according to documents filed in 3rd District Court.

The men would pawn the stolen goods and share the profits to purchase drugs, the charges state.

The burglaries took place between late August and early September 2011. Items were primarily taken from homes with attached garages.

The men, who live in Utah County, face 22 charges, including burglary, a first-degree felony, theft by receiving stolen property, a second-degree felony, and theft by deception, a third-degree felony.
