Which of the players signed today by BYU will have an immediate impact? Coach Bronco Mendenhall says he's not sure, but it might be worthwhile to keep an eye on RB Jamaal Williams of Fontana, Calif. Williams is just 16 years old, but the Cougars need help at the RB position with the graduation of J.J. Di Luigi and Bryan Kariya.

Also, Mendenhall talks about how he prefers players that don't have a sense of entitlement.
