Florida's hiring of Tim Davis leaves Utah's offensive staff extremely young with Brian Johnson heading into his first year as the offensive coordinator and newly appointed running backs coach Jay Hill and passing game coordinator Aaron Roderick having extremely limited experience other than their time with the Utes. At least when the Utes had Davis, Norm Chow and Dave Schramm on the staff they had guys who had coached at several different schools and were in the coaching business for many more years than Hill and Roderick, who are entering their eighth season with the Utes. How do Utah fans feel about the departure of all that experience?
