Go, go, go — it's another 'Joseph'

Auditions are scheduled for Murray Arts in the Park's "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," which will be performed June 15-23 at Murray Park. Children should be prepared to sing a favorite song. All others should be prepared to recite a monologue and sing 16-32 bars from a Broadway show. An accompanist will be provided (no tape players available). No a cappella singing will be accepted, except for the children's chorus. Please wear comfortable clothing for a dance audition. Those wishing to audition for dance-only parts should state that at auditions.

When • Tuesday-Thursday, March 6-8, 6-7 p.m. for children's chorus; 7-9:30 p.m. for actors

Leapin' lizards, it's another 'Annie'

Alpine Community Theater will hold an informational meeting for volunteers who would like to help with this summer's July 6-16 run of "Annie" at Timberline Middle School. Needed are volunteers to serve as assistant directors, stage managers and crew, choreographers, assistant costume directors and sewists, set construction managers, set artists, set dressers, music directors, makeup/hair specialists, rehearsal supervisors, rehearsal volunteers, audition coordinators, secretaries, tech crew, as well as concessions, ticketing, publicity and fundraising. Auditions will be May 5, with musical theater, acting, dance and vocal classes available, as well as audition workshops.
