Several Utah restaurants are offering St. Patrick's Day specials on Saturday, March 17.

The restaurant will be serving several Irish-inspired entrees in addition to its regular winter menu. Items include traditional soda bread and mussels in Guinness cream, corned beef and cabbage, Guinness-braised veal short rib and bangers and champ. For dessert, Chef Eric May will offer Bailey's cheesecake. The Blue Boar also offers an extensive list of Irish whiskeys and beers.
