In Sunday's editor column, Tim Fitzpatrick pointed out that since our implementation of new, more aggressive efforts to chase away the "problem children" in our comments areas online, we've seen a dramatic improvement.

We have more people commenting and more people reading comments than ever, yet we are removing fewer comments and banning fewer commenters, in part thanks to these efforts, and in part thanks to our commenting community as a whole.

Join us at 12:30 MDT today for a live chat with new media editor and one of our lead comment moderators, Scott Sherman. We'll answer your burning questions and welcome your feedback on our efforts thus far. Tune in right here. Launch the Cover It Live chat to discuss with other readers and submit your questions. Launch the video above to hear and see Scott answer your queries.
