A homeless man is facing a felony charge after prosecutors say he hopped a partition at Salt Lake City International Airport and stole five bags of M&M's and three bottled drinks.

Court records state the 28-year-old man took $15.32 worth of goods, and is now facing charges of third-degree felony burglary and class B misdemeanor theft.

The man, who is listed as a transient in court records, was at the Salt Lake airport on April 9 when police officers were notified that he had climbed the partition to a closed gift shop. Police said surveillance video showed the man putting food items from the shop in his pockets.

He was detained at the airport, and police found the items in his pockets.
