Rise Against and A Day To Remember are the headliners at this sure-to-be-memorable rock show, but come early to check out Title Fight, a young punk- and hardcore-influenced band from the small hamlet of Kingston, Penn., a suburb of Scranton. Ned Russin, 21, began the band nine years ago with his older-by-three-minutes twin brother Ben. Ned Russin said in an interview that the band never set its sights on one day opening for huge bands like Rise Against. Instead, it was their goal to one day play at the small Cafe Metropolis in Wilkes-Barre. Once the band achieved that goal — when they were all around 14 — the band played there monthly for three years before their parents allowed them to travel outside of the area. Ben and Ned are the youngest of six kids in their family, and made the tough decision to drop out of college to pursue the band full-time several years ago. That's despite the fact that all of their siblings were college-educated and their parents expected them to do the same. "It was an awkward conversation," Ned said. See if they made the right decision — I think you'll agree that they did.
