Searchers on Sunday planned to resume looking for a 3-year-old boy who fell into the Weber River on Saturday and is presumed to have drowned.
Weber County Sheriff's Lt. Mark Lowther said the boy was with his family near the river at 300 W. Exchange Road taking family portraits. He fell in at about 5:45 p.m.
"They were close to the river, and [the family] saw him fall in," Lowther said. "They just couldn't get to him in time."
