Brothers Manuel and Sergia Cabrera, owners of 14 Los Cucos Mexican Cafe's in Texas, will open their first Utah eatery and the first outside the Lone Star State next week in Sandy. A grand opening is scheduled Monday, May 5, at 11 a.m.
Los Cucos has an extensive menu that includes dozens of Mexican-American favorites: fajitas, carne asada, taquitos, flautas, burritos and chalupas. Prices average $8 to $14, with large platters costing more. Two unique items:
